  • Yes, a minimum of three years of recruitment experience is required to qualify for funding.

  • Boost FS partners with experts who specialise in supporting recruitment businesses, including accountancy firms and service providers. Additionally, we have partnerships with job boards and CRMs to help you secure the best deals and get your business set up efficiently.

  • Boost FS offers flexibility, no hidden fees, and a focus on personalized service, ensuring that every aspect of your recruitment business is taken care of.

  • It couldn’t be easier. Simply provide the necessary information, and we can set you up within 24 hours. Everything can be handled electronically, from contract signing to ID verification. Our onboarding team is here to guide you every step of the way as you start your journey with Boost FS.

  • Absolutely. Boost FS provides back-office support and funding only – we don’t take equity or shareholding positions. Your business remains entirely under your control.

  • You’ll need a basic policy covering Public Liability, Employers Liability, and Professional Indemnity. We also recommend speaking to an expert for specific advice. For your staff, general liability insurance is required, and you’ll also need a policy with vicarious liability to cover the workers you place. This should account for both standard and non-standard contracts while clearly differentiating between employed staff and placed workers. Additional policies to consider include Property, Directors and Officers, Cyber, and Legal. For clear guidance, we recommend Sutton Winson.

  • Yes, your business will need to be gross CIS registered to avoid deductions from your invoices by your clients.

  • While you’re working on meeting the requirements for gross CIS registration, you can use our Start-Up Construction model. The process remains the same – we act as the principal to the contracts, and you act as our agent.
